This remote internship is specifically designed for driven and detail-oriented individuals residing in the USA who are looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources within a global technology environment. Working closely with an international HR team, you will gain real exposure to recruitment and hiring operations while enjoying a flexible, fully remote work environment. This position is a three-month unpaid internship designed to provide foundational skills in HR management.
Your role will involve identifying and engaging potential candidates through various online platforms, managing job postings across multiple recruitment and academic channels, and reviewing applications to assist with candidate shortlisting. Additionally, you will support interview coordination and maintain professional candidate communication. Candidates should be students or recent graduates in HR, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related disciplines. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will receive three internship certificates recognizing their contribution and development.
