GAO Tek Inc. is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented students or recent graduates for a remote Human Resources internship. This opportunity is specifically open to candidates based in Canada and offers hands-on experience in international recruitment and HR operations within a global technology organization. As an intern, you will play a vital role in sourcing talent, managing job postings, and facilitating the interview process under the guidance of senior staff. \n\nParticipants will gain real-world HR and recruitment experience with an internationally recognized technology company. The internship spans 3 to 6 months and includes the benefit of receiving three professional certificates upon successful completion. This is a remote role with a flexible schedule, allowing you to learn professional work practices and teamwork in a global environment while maintaining a productive home-office setup.
Key Requirements
Currently studying for or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business, Journalism, Arts, or related fields.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
Motivated, eager to learn, and able to maintain productivity in a remote environment.
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred but not mandatory.
Recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Post job openings on recruitment platforms and university portals.
Screen resumes and review candidate applications for specific roles.
Schedule interviews for senior HR staff and manage calendars.
Communicate with applicants through email and LinkedIn and follow up with candidates.
