AI-DRIVEN TECHNICAL WRITING INTERN @ GAO TEK INC.
GAO Tek Inc. is currently seeking an AI-Driven Technical Writing Intern to join our globally recognized high-tech team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of combining technical documentation with advanced AI and NLP tools to create, edit, and optimize user guides, manuals, datasheets, and reports. This virtual internship is designed to give you hands-on experience with emerging technologies, requiring you to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences while collaborating with global engineers and project teams.
Beyond core technical writing, you will contribute to various business functions including the development of training materials, marketing content, and HR documentation using AI platforms. This position offers a unique chance to support business development through the creation of proposals, pitch decks, and fundraising materials. This 3–6 month internship provides flexible remote work, exposure to international projects, and global mentorship. Upon successful completion, interns will receive three official certificates recognizing their contributions and professional growth in the field.

Key Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Technical Writing, or related fields.
Strong technical writing and effective communication skills.
Chinese speakers are highly preferred for global coordination.
A keen interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation.
Familiarity with MS Office suite and various AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, or Grammarly GO.
Self-motivated individual comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Ability to create and edit clear technical documents including manuals and datasheets.
Proficiency in using AI/NLP tools for research, automation, and content optimization.
Capability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project workflows.
Willingness to collaborate with global developers and marketing teams.
