This remote, unpaid position allows participants to gain hands-on experience in a global tech environment, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and administrative support. You will work within a virtual team to support various HR functions and learn the intricacies of international human resource management.
Throughout the 3-6 month duration, interns will build international exposure and develop professional skills essential for a successful career in HR. Key Requirements
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR management software or database tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Currently enrolled student or recent graduate in a relevant field.
Ability to commit to a 3–6 month internship duration.
Access to a reliable personal computer and high-speed internet.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential info.
