Key Requirements
Educational qualification of B.E (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE).
Any Degree with relevant property valuation experience.
Ability to verify technical aspects of various valuation assignments.
Skills in reviewing property documents, site plans, and patta records.
Proficiency in analyzing TNGIS (Village Dashboard) data.
Competence in interpreting Land Use Maps and Master Plans.
Knowledge of local Guideline Values for property assessment.
Excellent coordination skills with clients and internal departments.
Proven ability to prepare and submit detailed valuation reports on time.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate property data and market trends.
