The Performance Engineering team is looking for a Lead AI-Driven Performance Engineer to serve as a Senior Consultant. The primary focus of this role is the development and scaling of PerfHub, an innovative AI-enabled ecosystem designed to automate end-to-end performance and resiliency validation. This platform aims to streamline the detection of application changes, automate test selection, and handle complex execution, analysis, and documentation tasks. The successful candidate will blend deep performance engineering expertise with cutting-edge AI technologies to drive efficiency across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities include utilizing Large Language Models and OpenAI tools to automate data-driven workflows and integrate testing with monitoring and analytics. You will work closely with application and infrastructure teams to define resiliency KPIs and provide high-level insights into performance trends. This position requires a strong technical background in Python and enterprise application architectures, particularly within regulated environments like financial services. You will be instrumental in transforming traditional testing practices into highly automated, scalable, and intelligent processes.

Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering or related fields.
Strong foundation in performance testing, analysis, and certification.
Experience in building or contributing to automation platforms or frameworks.
Solid understanding of enterprise application architectures (web, distributed, cloud, databases).
Proficiency in Python for automation, orchestration, and data analysis.
Familiarity with performance tools and observability platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate across teams in a large enterprise.
Experience applying AI/ML or LLMs to engineering or testing workflows.
Familiarity with CI/CD integration and resiliency concepts.
Ability to translate technical outcomes into executive-level insights.
Experience in regulated financial services environments.
