Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
7–10 years of experience in FMCG Sales and Marketing
Prior experience in RSM / NSM or equivalent senior sales leadership roles
Strong understanding of Nepalese FMCG market, distribution network, and trade dynamics
Experience working with principal companies
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive business plans
