Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales
Prior experience in handling distributors and managing a sales team is mandatory
Strong leadership and team-building skills to drive sales performance
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting software
