Frankly Family Engagement, a fast-growing EdTech startup, is seeking a dynamic individual for the part-time Admin and Sales Assistant role. This position offers flexible hours, ranging between 20 to 40 hours per week, and is based in Denton, TX, requiring frequent travel and errands across the DFW (Dallas-Fort Worth) metropolitan region. This isn't a typical sedentary job; candidates will be expected to demonstrate exceptional initiative, work hard, and harbor ambition for significant professional growth. The role demands a seamless transition across multiple operational areas, spanning digital administration, physical logistics, and direct sales assistance. Primary duties include meticulous office and inventory management, ensuring organized workspaces and accurate tracking of marketing and product materials stock levels. The assistant will handle essential errands throughout the DFW area, support the sales team through prospect calling, and provide direct aid to the film crew. Furthermore, operational support involves maintaining digital filing systems (Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Drive) and working closely with the CEO on key strategic initiatives and projects aimed at improving daily workflows. The starting compensation for this role is $20 per hour.

Key Requirements
