Key Requirements
Extensive experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food manufacturing industry.
Deep knowledge of production management processes and optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards such as HACCP and ISO.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset for operational excellence.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-pressure manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in manufacturing resource planning (MRP) or ERP software systems.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field of study.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with environmental health standards.
Effective communication skills with the ability to report on production KPIs to senior management.
