Key Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales or territory management within the flooring industry.
In-depth knowledge of flooring products including laminate, LVP, and hardwood.
Strong ability to manage large territories covering Austin, Dallas, and Houston.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a busy travel schedule within the assigned region.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and lead tracking.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for frequent travel to client sites.
Strong business development skills with the ability to prospect and close new deals.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is preferred.
