IDENTITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER (SAILPOINT) @ FIXITY TECH
Fixity Tech is seeking a skilled Identity Management Engineer specializing in SailPoint to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust identity solutions using either SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ. You will work to build and manage IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration between various systems and applications while supporting the identity lifecycle and overall access governance. This is a critical role aimed at shaping secure digital identities for our clients. This position offers a hybrid work model with multiple potential locations within Mexico, including Querétaro, Guadalajara, Mexico City, and Monterrey. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with provisioning and access control systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, AD, and LDAP, contributing to a secure and efficient digital environment. Key Requirements
Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ
Strong IAM knowledge including provisioning and access control
Expertise in governance processes
Integration experience with APIs
Experience with Active Directory (AD)
Integration with LDAP systems
Ability to design and develop identity solutions
Support identity lifecycle management
Build and manage IAM solutions across systems
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
