SECURITY MANAGER @ FIRST CLASS SECURITY SERVICES
First Class Security Services is seeking an experienced and responsible Security Manager to lead office operations and site coordination across Udaipur, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire security infrastructure, ensuring that all sites are managed efficiently and that personnel are deployed effectively to meet client needs. This role requires a professional with strong leadership capabilities and a deep understanding of security operations and manpower management to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key duties involve the recruitment, training, and deployment of security guards, alongside conducting regular site inspections and security monitoring. The manager will be responsible for creating duty rosters, planning manpower, and resolving client issues through effective coordination. Additionally, the role includes implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervising staff, and handling all necessary documentation and reporting for office management. Salary is Up to ₹30,000 per month based on experience.
