The position is fully remote, though candidates are preferred to be based in the Alabama region. The salary for this role is mentioned as $75,000 - $90,000 plus a 15% commission, bonuses, and benefits.

Proven experience in Cradle-to-Grave Freight Brokerage.
Demonstrated new business sales hunter mentality.
Experience in growing and maintaining a diverse customer base.
Strong knowledge of Dry Van and Flatbed Freight markets.
Ability to manage nationwide Truckload Logistics operations.
Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive carrier rates.
Proficiency in using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
