Key Requirements
Candidates with minimum 6 months of retail banking experience in the UAE (Personal Loan preferred).
Ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for customer interaction.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies.
Must be physically present and currently available in the UAE for immediate employment.
Possession of knowledge regarding UAE banking and financial regulations.
Proactive approach to sourcing new clients and generating leads for personal loan products.
Maintain a high standard of professional ethics and compliance.
