LEAD JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER @ FINDQ
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Full stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai, specializing in building cutting-edge, cloud-native applications and scalable microservices solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in modern software development practices, focusing on performance, reliability, and architectural excellence in a distributed environment. You will be part of an innovative team driving the next generation of cloud-ready platforms and ensuring high-quality delivery across the full technology stack. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance microservices, maintaining RESTful APIs, and working with distributed systems and messaging platforms like Kafka. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, optimizing application performance and ensuring that all solutions follow best practices in coding and design patterns. Your expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP will be vital to our ongoing success.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in professional Java development.
Strong expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Quarkus frameworks.
Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proficiency with containerization tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
Working knowledge of Apache Kafka or other messaging systems.
Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
Ability to work with front-end technologies like Angular or React Js.
Proficiency in SQL and PL-SQL for database management and optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile team environment.
