We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Second Line Manager to join our dynamic team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing multiple teams through first-line supervisors, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining alignment with broad company objectives. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within our electronics manufacturing facility, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution.
As a Second Line Manager, your daily activities will involve leading, coaching, and developing first-line managers to reach their full potential. You will work cross-functionally with key departments such as Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure seamless operations and compliance with industry standards. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in supporting project launches and ramp-up activities, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership roles.
Previous experience working specifically in an electronics manufacturing company.

Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop first-line managers and supervisors.
Track record of executing strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Expertise in monitoring KPIs and ensuring continuous improvement activities.
Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR.
Strict adherence and commitment to company policies and industry standards.
Hands-on experience in supporting project launches and ramp-up activities.
