The Executive / Senior Executive – Electrical Maintenance position is an essential role at our HUB facility, dedicated to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of all electrical systems. The chosen individual will be responsible for the upkeep of sophisticated textile machinery, ensuring that all equipment operates at peak performance. This role involves diagnosing complex electrical issues, performing routine inspections, and implementing effective repairs to prevent production delays. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles as applied within a heavy industrial setting. Key Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
3–4 years of electrical maintenance experience
Specific background in the textile industry
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Knowledge of electrical control panels and switchgear
Experience with PLC programming and fault finding
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints
Expertise in motor control and drive systems
Compliance with industrial safety and health regulations
Capacity to work under pressure in a production environment
