Fastenal India is looking for a dedicated Power Apps Developer to join our Bengaluru-based technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform. We are seeking a candidate who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, functional applications that enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
Working from our office in Bengaluru, you will be part of a team that prioritizes innovation and the application of modern technology to solve business problems. This role requires at least two years of hands-on experience and a proactive approach to application lifecycle management. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure the applications meet user needs while adhering to enterprise security standards and best practices.

Key Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in Power Apps development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Experience with both Canvas and Model-driven applications.
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, or other data sources.
Ability to design user-friendly interfaces for business users.
Understanding of application security and data governance.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru for on-site work.
