In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and possess a strong background in Western cooking techniques. Successful candidates will collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to innovate menu items and maintain a seamless kitchen operation. Key Requirements
Experience in Western cuisine
