TELE-CALLER @ FAIR DEAL INTERNATIONAL
Fair Deal International is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Tele-callers at our office in Business Bay, Dubai. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, responsible for making outbound calls to introduce our services and products. You will be expected to handle client queries with professionalism, provide accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Key Requirements
Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling client queries.
Open to all nationalities.
Ability to work in a professional and fast-paced environment.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to drive sales.
Basic computer skills for data entry and lead management.
High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
