EZE Medical Billing Services is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our operations in Mohali, Punjab. This role involves managing the full cycle of medical billing, ensuring accuracy in claims submission, and maintaining healthy revenue cycles for our clients in the US healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of industry-standard codes and guidelines, contributing to a dynamic and supportive professional environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end medical billing processes, including CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims submission, payment posting, and reconciliation. Key tasks involve persistent AR follow-ups with insurance providers, effective denial management, and meticulous verification of patient eligibility and benefits. Experience with various billing software and clearinghouses is highly preferred, as we aim to build success through expertise and teamwork.
Key Requirements
1–2 years of experience in US healthcare billing.
Proficiency in handling end-to-end medical billing processes.
Experience in claims submission using CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms.
Expertise in payment posting and reconciliation tasks.
Strong skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
Competency in denial management and filing appeals.
Ability to verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits accurately.
Comprehensive knowledge of US healthcare billing guidelines and regulations.
Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple specialties effectively.
Experience with various medical billing software and clearinghouses.
