Exponentia.ai is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for North America to lead our customer acquisition efforts. This role is a high-impact, remote position based out of Mumbai, specifically designed to support the North American market. The primary focus of this position is to drive net-new customer acquisition across key industry verticals, including Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and Manufacturing. You will be expected to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a steady stream of revenue and market expansion.

Candidates will work within an AI-first, partner-led ecosystem, driving strategic sales initiatives and fostering long-term relationships with both customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of professional experience with significant global exposure and a deep understanding of enterprise sales within the IT services sector. A passion for Data and AI technologies is essential for success in this role, as you will be representing cutting-edge technological solutions to high-level stakeholders. Key Requirements

8 to 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development. Proven track record of driving sales in the IT services industry. Extensive experience with the North American market and global exposure. Deep knowledge and passion for Data and AI-driven solutions. Ability to manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals. Experience working with industry verticals such as BFSI, CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing.
