Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience operating speedboats
Valid boating license/certification
Strong knowledge of marine safety procedures and navigation
Experience working in hospitality or tourism environments is an added advantage
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Ability to work in a remote island setting
Proficiency in routine boat engine maintenance and technical troubleshooting
Physical stamina and fitness required for maritime tasks
