LEAD / SENIOR CONSULTANT – BILLING & CHOICE WORKSTREAMS @ EXLNEO
We are seeking a seasoned Lead or Senior Consultant to join our team on a long-term, remote basis within the United States. This role focuses on Billing and Choice workstreams, requiring a professional with significant expertise in mainframe systems and utility billing to drive AEP delivery. You will take ownership of end-to-end Jira delivery, including requirements gathering, progress tracking, and validation, ensuring that all project milestones are met with precision and quality. This position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience who thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment.
In addition to technical delivery, the role involves leading the Choice workstream and coordinating extensively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Functional Solutions Architects (FSAs), and offshore development teams. You will be responsible for managing defects, securing UAT signoff, and providing critical support for production releases and annual loads. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving abilities, particularly in managing the intersection of onshore and offshore resources to ensure seamless production deployments and release readiness.

Key Requirements
At least 8 years of professional experience in consulting or IT.
Strong expertise in Mainframe systems and Utility Billing processes.
Proven experience with Jira-based requirement management and tracking.
Ability to support AEP activities, Annual Loads, and complex testing cycles.
Experience leading Choice workstreams and coordinating with SMEs and FSAs.
Strong skills in defect management and ensuring UAT signoff.
Experience with end-to-end testing including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
US Citizen or Green Card holder (15+ years experience required for GC holders).
Excellent stakeholder management and offshore team coordination skills.
Demonstrated ability in production deployments and release readiness.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
