ASSOCIATE – PRIVATE CREDIT MANAGER @ ESTABLISHED ALTERNATIVE CREDIT PLATFORM
This role is with an established alternative credit platform that actively invests across private lending and structured credit products. The Associate will be deeply involved in supporting complex credit vehicles, providing high visibility into the firm's operations and investment strategies. This position offers a steep learning curve and direct exposure to sophisticated financial instruments and senior investment staff. The role requires a strong dedication to financial accuracy and detailed reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
2–5 years of experience in audit or fund accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
Proven ability to support complex credit vehicles and structured financial products.
Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards relevant to credit funds.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High degree of attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to work 5 days a week in the FiDi (Financial District) office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience preparing financial statements and investor reports.
Understanding of private credit and structured finance investments.
