The R2R Record to Report Team Leader is tasked with organizing and supervising the daily operations of the R2R department. This includes managing reconciliations, overseeing journal approvals, and ensuring that strong internal controls are consistently applied. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, consistent financial processes that meet the demanding standards of a global leader in compliance and sustainability.

You will ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and delivered on time, following the precision-focused methodologies of our client. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
3–5+ years of professional experience in accounting or R2R.
Strong ability to organize and supervise R2R operations.
Extensive experience in bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
Proven expertise in managing journal entry approvals.
Deep understanding of internal controls and audit compliance.
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite and MS Office.
Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead a team toward consistent high-quality delivery.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
