O2C ORDER TO CASH TEAM LEADER (1 POSITION) @ ESNBLTD
The O2C Order to Cash Team Leader will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of specialists to deliver high-quality financial processes. This role focuses on ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met while driving process standardization across the global organization. You will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and providing operational guidance to ensure smooth business facilities operations.
In addition to team leadership, the candidate will oversee the precision and accuracy of financial data, aligning with the high standards defined by our global client. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices within the Order-to-Cash cycle. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of the Swiss-standard precision required in global compliance and sustainability services.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
3–5+ years of experience in finance or management roles.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to drive process standardization across departments.
Proven experience in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
