The O2C Order to Cash Junior Manager will support the O2C Manager in harmonizing and streamlining financial processes to achieve peak efficiency. This role is critical in driving standardization across various business facilities and managing complex migrations to global process models. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with international standards while delivering necessary training to the specialist team.
As a back-up leader, you will maintain operational continuity and support the team in delivering high-quality service. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
At least 3 years of experience in finance or O2C roles.
Ability to support harmonization and streamlining of processes.
Experience in driving standardization in a financial environment.
Proven ability to manage migrations of financial processes.
Knowledge of global process models and compliance standards.
Experience delivering technical training to team members.
Strong proficiency in English and Oracle E-Business Suite.
Capability to act as a back-up leader for the department.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
