Esca Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing hospitality group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our strategic business objectives. This role involves managing our social media presence, overseeing content direction, and ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. You will lead the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activations designed to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement within the competitive F&B market. In addition to digital strategy, the Marketing Specialist will coordinate influencer collaborations and media partnerships to broaden our market reach. You will support a variety of events and marketing initiatives while conducting in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify new growth opportunities. The role requires meticulous management of marketing budgets to ensure all activities are executed cost-effectively. We are looking for a creative professional with strong analytical skills and project management expertise to help drive our brand forward.
Key Requirements
2–4 years of experience in marketing (F&B or hospitality preferred)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media strategy
Proven experience in campaign planning and performance analysis
Excellent communication and project management skills
Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities
Ability to develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
Proficiency in managing social media strategy and overseeing content direction
