Key Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in relationship management within banking
Thorough understanding of corporate and business banking products
Strong networking and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset for credit assessment and risk management
Ability to maintain and grow a high-quality loan portfolio
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard banking software
Excellent knowledge of the Tanzanian business environment
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on results
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
