VICE PRESIDENT – CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT @ EQUINARA STRATEGIC GROUP
EQUINARA Strategic Group is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Corporate Development to lead its next wave of acquisitions in the Dubai region. This executive role is pivotal in driving the group's growth through strategic mergers, acquisitions, and regional partnerships. You will be responsible for the entire deal lifecycle, from initial strategy and sourcing to financial modeling, valuation, and final execution. The role offers a tax-free package ranging from $320,000 to $480,000 annually, plus significant bonuses and executive benefits. The ideal candidate will possess over 12 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a strong familiarity with the GCC market landscape. You will lead investment committee presentations and oversee post-merger integration to ensure long-term value creation. This position requires exceptional commercial judgment and the ability to operate at a high executive level within a fast-paced strategic environment.
Key Requirements
IB, PE, or corporate development background
12+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking
Familiarity with the GCC market landscape is preferred
Expertise in acquisition strategy and execution
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Ability to lead investment committee presentations
Extensive experience in post-merger integration
Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred
Proven track record of managing complex multi-million dollar transactions
