Epigroww Global is expanding its D2C strategic projects team and is looking for Group Heads to drive performance and strategy. This senior leadership role involves mentoring teams and overseeing the execution of advertising strategies across Meta and Google platforms. You will be expected to handle large-scale accounts, ensuring both efficiency and significant growth for our D2C client base.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to present complex data and plans effectively. The role is based on-site in Delhi or Mumbai as a Work From Office (WFO) position. Candidates should have a strong background in campaign management and a thorough understanding of retention systems to deliver high-impact results for top-tier brands.

Key Requirements
4–7 years of professional experience in digital advertising (Meta & Google).
Expert-level knowledge in campaign management using various tools.
History of handling large-scale accounts with a focus on growth and efficiency.
Exceptional communication skills for strategic client-facing discussions.
Ability to lead multiple teams and oversee various strategic projects.
Technical proficiency in CRM workflows and retention system architectures.
Strategic ownership of end-to-end D2C advertising frameworks.
Proven track record in mentoring junior staff and building team capacity.
Ability to translate data into actionable performance strategies.
Availability to work from the company's Delhi or Mumbai office hubs.
