SENIOR EXECUTIVE – MERCHANDISING @ EPIC GROUP
Epic Group is looking for a Senior Executive – Merchandising to join their central merchandising team. This role requires a technically skilled professional who can handle the complexities of woven garment merchandising and provide leadership and guidance to junior team members. You will be tasked with managing accounts and ensuring that production targets are met with precision and quality.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the garments industry, specifically within woven products, and a strong educational background in Textile Engineering. You will be part of an ever-dynamic workforce, focusing on driving efficiency and excellence in merchandising workflows while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Requirements
BSc in Textile Engineering or any related field
3–4 years of experience in the garments industry
Extensive experience in Woven garments
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Advanced understanding of garment costing and pricing models
Proven leadership and mentoring skills for junior staff
Proficiency in ERP systems and merchandising software
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors
Ability to manage complex production timelines and deadlines
Analytical mindset for problem-solving and process optimization
