ASSISTANT MANAGER – MERCHANDISING @ EPIC GROUP
We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Merchandising to join the Epic Group Central Merchandising Team in Tejgoan. This management role involves overseeing large-scale merchandising operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality woven garments to global markets. As a manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning and high-level coordination across the supply chain.
Applicants must have extensive experience in the garments industry and a solid background in textile engineering. You will lead teams, manage critical vendor relationships, and optimize merchandising processes in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Key Requirements
BSc in Textile Engineering or any related field
5–6 years of experience in the garments industry
Deep experience in Woven garments production and merchandising
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Experience in departmental management and team oversight
Expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor management
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of managing large-scale woven garment orders
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Deep understanding of international trade and garment logistics
