SENIOR TESTING ENGINEER / LEAD GAME TESTER @ EPAM
EPAM is currently hiring for the positions of Senior Testing Engineer and Lead Game Tester to work on-site in Argentina. We are seeking professionals who have solid experience in game testing and a genuine passion for ensuring software quality. The role involves performing functional, gameplay, and performance testing on high-profile AAA multiplayer games. Possible work locations include both Córdoba and Buenos Aires, and candidates must be available for full-time on-site engagement.
In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate leadership within the QA team and take full ownership of the testing processes. Successful candidates will have a strong gaming background, potentially evidenced by a Steam account or detailed history of played titles and platforms. A minimum level of spoken English (A2+) is required to facilitate communication within the team. Key Requirements
Proven experience in Game QA – Functional, Gameplay & Performance testing
Strong gaming background including Steam account or platform details
Explicit experience with AAA Multiplayer games
Beta testing experience and performance testing knowledge
Team leadership skills for Lead roles
Full ownership of QA processes and quality standards
Full-time availability for 100% onsite work
Spoken English proficiency at A2 level or higher
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced game development environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in identifying software bugs
