The Senior Officer for Admin Operations will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions within the organization in Abu Dhabi. This role involves a high level of responsibility in overseeing core HR and administrative tasks, ensuring that all processes from recruitment to payroll are executed seamlessly. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the management and employees, facilitating efficient operations and maintaining high standards of organizational documentation.

Key responsibilities include managing business travel logistics, streamlining onboarding processes for new hires, and leading recruitment efforts to find top talent. The candidate will also be responsible for accurate payroll management and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. Key Requirements

4 - 5 years core UAE experience in admin operations. Proven experience in handling Business Travel arrangements. Strong knowledge and experience in Payroll processing. Expertise in employee Onboarding procedures. Significant experience in Recruitment and talent acquisition. Proficiency in handling and managing documentation. Fluency in both Hindi and English languages. Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
