BUSINESS ANALYST (SME LEVEL) – 15+ YEARS EXPERIENCE @ ENCORE-C
Encore-C is actively seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Business Analyst at the Subject Matter Expert (SME) level to join our team. This is a crucial 100% remote role requiring a minimum of 15 years of dedicated experience in business analysis, systems integration, and process optimization. The successful candidate will serve as a principal resource, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving major strategic initiatives from inception through delivery. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently hold or are eligible for H1B visas.

Key Requirements
Minimum 15+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) level proficiency in relevant industry or technical domains.
Must be an H1B visa candidate.
Expertise in performing complex requirements analysis, documentation, and management.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills across technical and business teams.
Deep understanding of business process modeling, system analysis, and design thinking.
Proficiency in creating detailed functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
Experience leading and mentoring other BAs on large-scale projects.
Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote setting with strong self-management capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
