STORE MANAGER – CELLULAR RETAIL @ EMPATHCARE RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS
EmpathCare Recruitment Solutions is currently sourcing experienced Cellular Retail Store Managers for a leading telecom retail environment in Cape Town. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong background in sales leadership and the ability to manage team dynamics effectively. As a Store Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving store performance and ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting. The successful candidate will be expected to cultivate a high-performance culture and ensure the store meets its operational and financial objectives.
The responsibilities include managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and preparing detailed reports for management. Candidates must be prepared to work mall retail hours and show a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. The position requires familiarity with major service providers such as Cell C, Vodacom, and MTN. The salary for this position is R10,000 to R12,000 basic, with additional opportunities for incentives and commission based on performance.

Key Requirements
Proven experience managing a cellular retail store (Cell C, Vodacom, MTN or similar)
Strong leadership and team management experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Experience managing daily store operations, stock, and reporting
Comfortable working mall retail hours
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to train and mentor junior sales consultants
High level of integrity and accountability in handling cash and stock
Proficiency in using retail management software and POS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
