Key Requirements
Possess a Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant marketing or leadership capacity.
Prior experience in the Mental Health, Healthcare, or Wellness Industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.
Proficiency in Digital Growth & Performance Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Expertise in Conversion Optimization, UX/UI Design Principles, and Website Development (WordPress/CMS/Custom Platforms), including Landing Page Optimization.
Ability to manage Creative & Media production, including Visual Design, Video Production & Editing, Campaign Creatives, and Branding Assets.
Skilled in Strategic Content Writing and Copywriting for advertisements, funnels, blogs, social media, and web content, with a focus on Storytelling for Mental Health Advocacy.
Adept at Analytics & Strategy, including Funnel Building, CRM Integration, Data Analysis & Reporting, and Marketing Automation.
Must be disciplined, focused, and growth-oriented, ready for a long-term association with the organization.
Ability to think and operate like a founder, demonstrating high commitment and initiative.
