PRODUCTION VALIDATION EXECUTIVE (2 POSITIONS) @ EMNAR PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED
Emnar Pharma Private Limited is looking for 2 experienced professionals to take on the role of Production Validation Executive. This is a senior-level position designed for individuals with 7 to 8 years of experience in production documentation and validation. You will lead validation projects, oversee the work of junior chemists, and ensure that our facility in Visakhapatnam remains at the forefront of pharmaceutical manufacturing excellence and regulatory compliance.
This position is based at our Thadi, Parawada facility in Andhra Pradesh. As an executive, you will be expected to manage complex validation schedules and interact with regulatory inspectors during audits. We are looking for leaders who can drive improvements in our documentation processes and maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.

Key Requirements
B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry.
7 to 8 years of extensive experience in pharma validation.
Expertise in production documentation management.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of USFDA and other global regulatory standards.
Experience in leading internal and external audits.
Ability to manage complex validation lifecycles.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation for validation.
