HR BUSINESS PARTNER @ EMIRATES GROUP
The Emirates Group is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Business Partner to join their team in Dubai. The core focus of this role is to support critical organizational functions, including comprehensive workforce planning, the development and execution of talent strategy, and enhancing overall employee engagement across a dynamic global aviation enterprise. This position requires a professional who can effectively translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the group's global objectives. Candidates must demonstrate strong HR advisory experience and possess the capability to guide leaders and managers through complex people-related challenges. The monthly compensation for this pivotal role ranges from AED 22,000 to AED 30,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
