This executive role involves overseeing enterprise IT architecture and driving digital innovation across international operations. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of AI integration and cybersecurity governance, ensuring the group remains a pioneer in the global travel and aviation sector. The role offers a competitive salary range of AED 110,000 – 160,000 per month. In addition to the base salary, the package includes executive housing, a schooling allowance, performance-based bonuses, and comprehensive travel benefits. The CTO will be responsible for defining the technology roadmap, leading global teams, and aligning tech strategy with corporate growth objectives to maintain the group's competitive edge.
