Key Requirements
Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator or in a similar dental front office role.
Demonstrated ability to provide an outstanding patient experience and high-level customer service.
Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
Ability to thrive and maintain professionalism in a high-standard, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for patient and team interactions.
Proficiency in dental practice management software and standard office technology.
A proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow professionally with the practice.
Skills in managing patient schedules, appointments, and office flow.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.
Knowledge of dental terminology and basic insurance processing procedures.
