SENIOR MECHANICAL TECHNICAL OFFICE ENGINEER @ ELSOADAA GROUP
Elsoadaa Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our construction project team at the South Med site. The candidate will be responsible for managing technical office duties, including the preparation and review of mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and quantity surveying. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all mechanical works, such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems, are executed according to the project’s technical specifications and quality standards.
As a senior member of the technical team, you will collaborate closely with site engineers and project managers to resolve technical discrepancies and ensure the timely delivery of technical documentation. This role requires a professional who can handle complex engineering tasks while maintaining excellent communication with various project stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in coordinating between different engineering disciplines to facilitate a smooth and efficient construction process at the Mediterranean coast location.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5 to 8 years of proven experience in a mechanical technical office role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing.
Experience in preparing detailed shop drawings and material submittals.
Proven ability to perform accurate quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Familiarity with international and local building codes and standards.
Excellent coordination skills with other engineering disciplines (Structural, Architectural).
Ability to work effectively on-site in the South Med region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical challenges.
