ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT @ ELSDON GROUP

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction.
Direct experience managing Industrial/Warehouse projects (including Tilt-wall, Distribution Centers, etc.).
Ability to effectively support the Lead Superintendent in daily field operations.
Proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors (sub-coordination).
Proficiency in schedule management for complex, large-scale construction builds.
Possession of a strong industrial construction background.
