Ela Motors is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for Asset Management to oversee the company's extensive physical and financial assets. This role involves managing a team to ensure accurate record-keeping, maintenance, and tracking of all company assets across various locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing robust asset management policies and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Additionally, the Team Leader will coordinate with other departments to optimize asset utilization and life cycles. You will prepare monthly reports for management, lead periodic physical audits, and handle the reconciliation of asset registers with general ledgers. This is a critical position that supports the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in asset management or fixed asset accounting.
Strong leadership skills to manage a team.
Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
Experience in inventory control and auditing.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of local tax laws regarding assets.
Ability to perform data analysis and forecasting.
Strong attention to detail.
Capability to implement asset tracking procedures.
