INVESTIGATIONS AUDITOR @ ELA MOTORS
The Investigations Auditor at Ela Motors is tasked with leading and conducting investigations into suspected fraud, waste, or abuse within the organization. This specialized role involves gathering evidence, interviewing relevant parties, and performing forensic analysis of financial records. The goal is to identify root causes of irregularities and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
In addition to reactive investigations, the role includes proactive monitoring of high-risk areas and advising management on fraud prevention strategies. You will produce detailed reports outlining findings and providing evidence for disciplinary or legal proceedings if necessary. This role requires a high degree of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Accounting, or Law.
Proven experience in forensic auditing or investigations.
Strong interviewing and interrogation skills.
Ability to analyze complex financial data for fraud detection.
Knowledge of legal procedures related to corporate investigations.
Excellent writing skills for investigative reports.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency in forensic tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Certification in Fraud Examination (CFE) is highly desirable.
