The Bank Reconciliation Officer position at Ela Motors involves the precise matching of internal financial records with bank statements. The role is essential for maintaining the financial health of the company by identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and ensuring that all transactions are correctly recorded in the general ledger.
In this role, you will work closely with the treasury and accounting teams to resolve issues related to bank fees, interest, or missing documentation. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare daily and monthly reconciliation reports, contributing to the overall transparency and accuracy of the company’s financial reporting cycle.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Previous experience in bank reconciliation processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
High level of numerical accuracy.
Experience with accounting software.
Understanding of banking procedures and regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills for internal coordination.
