Ekcel Systems is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Talent Resource for a long-term contract engagement. This role is central to designing, configuring, and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition and onboarding workflows for our clients. The consultant will focus specifically on Recruiting Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC) to ensure a high-performing HR environment. Candidates will be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering to system deployment, with a specific emphasis on ensuring data integrity and seamless candidate transitions.

The successful candidate will manage critical system integrations, including data mapping between RCM, ONB, and EC. Key focus areas involve the Job Profile Builder, recruiting marketing, and new hire data activities within the SuccessFactors suite. This position offers flexibility in employment types, including C2C, W2, and 1099 arrangements. Please note that this role requires travel to Arkansas at least twice during the project duration. Key Requirements

Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) configuration. Proven expertise in implementing SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB 2.0) solutions. Deep understanding of Employee Central (EC) foundational objects and user management. Ability to perform complex data mapping between RCM, ONB, and EC modules. Hands-on experience with Job Profile Builder and Recruiting Marketing (RMK). Proficiency in document management and compliance tasks within the ONB 2.0 framework. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues in talent acquisition workflows. Experience in managing candidate pipelines and templating within SuccessFactors. Excellent communication skills for gathering and translating client requirements into technical designs. Willingness to travel to Arkansas at least twice as required for project milestones.
